Please review the following policies before booking: * A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. * Deposits are only refundable if I need to reschedule your appointment. * A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment. * Clients are allowed one complimentary reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice. * A second reschedule with proper notice will incur a $10 rescheduling fee. * After two reschedules, your deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to book another appointment. * Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, same-day cancellations, and no-shows will result in: * Forfeiture of your deposit. * A 30% cancellation fee based on the total cost of your scheduled service. * By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to these policies.
